Joshua holds certifications in personal training and athletic performance through the American Council on Exercise and is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science. He likes to focus on functional training for better overall movement of the body and believes that no matter what your goals are, everybody can benefit from this type of training.
