At a young age, Trevis learned the true value of hard work, a lesson instilled by his family. This mindset has driven him to conquer every goal he set his eyes on. From a professional baseball player to a highly sought-after fitness expert, Trevis' dedication knows no bounds.

With 20 years of experience in the fitness industry, Trevis wears multiple hats with pride. He is a Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach, High Performance Exercise Specialist, Corrective Exercise Specialist, Athletic Trainer, Certified Sports Nutritionist and Supplement Specialist, Rock Tape Medical Professional, Sponsored Oakley Medical Professional & US Olympic Medical Professional.  

Such a wealth of certifications means he can cater to clients from all backgrounds, ensuring everyone gets the specialized attention they deserve. Trevis' clientele boasts top athletes and teams from the NBA, NHL, MLS, and Summer Olympics, including USA Swimming, Basketball, Track & Field, and Weightlifting. He also dedicates himself to nurturing talents at collegiate, high school, and youth levels, with a focus on performance, recovery, and nutrition.

Joshua holds certifications in personal training and athletic performance through the American Council on Exercise and is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science. He likes to focus on functional training for better overall movement of the body and believes that no matter what your goals are, everybody can benefit from this type of training. Whether you want to play on the floor with your grandkids or increase

athleticism on the basketball court, he would love to help you get there. When he is not in the gym, Josh enjoys working in the yard, playing any sport that is available, binge watching a good show, and hanging out with his wife and son or his furkids, Churchill (Pitbull Mix) and Nala (fat cat).
