TREVIS, CSMS, CSCS, CPT, FMT, PN1
Personal Trainer
"I’ve always had a strong passion for sports performance and helping athletes reach their highest potential. Building relationships with my athletes, of all levels, is one of the fundamental parts of my work, and it’s one of the aspects I enjoy the most."
From a young age, Trevis learned that working hard was an expectation from his family, and this mentality has been applied throughout his life in every goal he set to accomplish. Hard work and dedication led him to become a professional baseball player and after getting injured, he was inspired to become something bigger than himself. Trevis has been in the fitness industry for 20 years working across the country. He is a Certified Personal Trainer for clients of all backgrounds, Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach, High Performance Exercise Specialist. Corrective Exercise Specialist, Athletic Trainer, Certified Sports Nutritionist and Supplement Specialist, Rock Tape Medical Professional, Sponsored Oakley Medical Professional, US Olympic Medical Professional and also an EMT-B.
Trevis currently works with athletes and teams from the NBA, NHL, MLS, and Summer Olympics including USA Swimming, Basketball, Track & Field, and Weightlifting. He also works with many collegiate, high school, and youth athletes and specializes in recovery, nutrition and performance with them. When Trevis is not working with his athletes, he serves as the Director of Sports Medicine for Kelloggsville High School. He never stops improving himself while fighting to improve his athletes along with him. His hope is that he can take what he's learned through all of his experiences and help those athletes in West Michigan become champions on and off the field.

"It's hard to beat a person who never gives up."
- Babe Ruth
Joshua holds certifications in personal training and athletic performance through the American Council on Exercise and is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science. He likes to focus on functional training for better overall movement of the body and believes that no matter what your goals are, everybody can benefit from this type of training. Whether you want to play on the floor with your grandkids or increase
athleticism on the basketball court, he would love to help you get there. When he is not in the gym, Josh enjoys working in the yard, playing any sport that is available, binge watching a good show, and hanging out with his wife and son or his furkids, Churchill (Pitbull Mix) and Nala (fat cat).
